Meet Lilah <3
I’m a B.S. in Exercise Science graduate, Certified Personal Trainer, and Pilates-inspired movement group fitness instructor who’s passionate about helping women feel good in their bodies without turning wellness into a second job. After years of chasing the “perfect routine,” tracking every little thing, and trying to follow all the expert advice, I realized something important: most of us aren’t lacking discipline- we’re drowning in information and disconnected from what actually works for us.
Life With Lilah was born from that realization. I blend movement, mindful nutrition, and simple daily habits to create a version of wellness that feels realistic, nourishing, and sustainable. No extremes, no shame, no aesthetic obsession- just science-informed tools and routines that help you show up as your best self in real life.
